By engaging in the services provided by MyStickers, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as set out below:
Price & Payment
- Quoted prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Delivery/freight charges are included in the price to most destinations across Australia, however with consent, Mystickers reserves the right to charge any additional costs if the delivery location is outside a metropolitan area.
- Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, full payment is required prior to production and delivery.
Ordering, Process & Liability
- After you have reviewed and approved the final artwork (Final Proof) and it is ready for production, Mystickers will not be responsible for any errors in the content, texts or images of the final product.
- In most cases the turnaround time is 5-7 working days; however there may be times due to factors outside our control or production overload, where our turn-around times may exceed this. Mystickers will not be liable for any costs, damages, losses and expenses that are directly or indirectly incurred by you or any third parties resulting from delays in delivery.
- Mystickers adheres to a strict quality control process to ensure the highest quality of production and outcome possible; however you acknowledge & accept that very minor colour variations may occur in the final product as a result of factors outside of our control.
- You provide the artwork in ‘print ready’ format.
- If basic artwork corrections are required, Mystickers will undertake at no extra charge.
- Should your artwork require more attention and corrections, with consent, Mystickers can provide the service at a cost of $95 per hour.
- All artistic and literary works supplied to Mystickers is warranted by you for its copyright and/or licensing and you are authorising Mystickers to reproduce any of the works.
- Mystickers may use your works in its own promotional materials as samples of its services and products.
- Mystickers may use your electronic address for any promotional products being offered.
Refund and Returns
- Mystickers has a strict ‘no refund’ policy of the deposit or full payment, once you have approved the final proof and the artwork has been sent for production.
- There are over 50 combinations of sticker stocks and their applications. Each work differently for different purposes. If you have never ordered stickers before please ask us before you order them. From our extensive experiences we will try to help you as much as we know but We cannot know if they work for all surfaces or applications and it is your duty to test the stickers out before ordering. If you are not sure if certain stickers work or not please ask us. We will not take any responsibility whatsoever if stickers ordered without any enquiry does not work for your purpose.
- In the instance where errors & mistakes have clearly been caused from our end, we will either reprint the artwork or reimburse the payment in full.
- In the instance there are damaged goods or defects which are obvious on receipt; we must be notified within a week (7 days).
- The goods need to be returned exactly as received without any alterations or use.
- In the event that we cannot complete your order due to reasons out of our control, we reserve the right to cancel your order by giving notice in writing.
